Device inspection and disassembly
We open the panel and inspect the PCB visually: burnt components, damaged traces, cold solder joints, moisture ingress, cracked touch glass.
Fault diagnosis
Digital multimeters and bench instruments test voltage lines, continuity and circuit paths. Firmware and software-side faults are identified at the same stage, so a config problem is never misdiagnosed as a dead board.
Component replacement
The confirmed faulty component is removed and replaced with a tested, compatible, quality part. Soldering and board repair follow professional standards — no bridging, no guesswork.
Functional testing
Every function is exercised: touch response, relay operation, power delivery, ghost switching, behaviour under voltage fluctuation, and capacitor stability.

Straight Answers to the Questions You Are Asking
Yes, in the large majority of cases. Switches become unrecoverable only when the PCB is physically destroyed beyond board-level work, or the damage is so extensive that a replacement is genuinely cheaper. We assess honestly and tell you which situation you are in.
Most often a firmware error, a relay failure, or an internal communication fault. All three are diagnosable and two of the three are repairable at component level.
Usually a failed WiFi module or an incorrect network configuration — including the very common mistake of pairing to a 5GHz network when the device only supports 2.4GHz. We repair the module and fix the configuration.
Three causes we see most: relay leakage, a software glitch, or electrical disturbance from mixed WAPDA and UPS supply. We test all three and fix whichever it is. If it is the wiring, we will tell you that the wiring needs correcting — that is an installation issue, and we will quote for it rather than pretend the panel is at fault.
It depends on the fault and the queue. Simple faults — a relay, a capacitor, a touch IC — are usually resolved quickly. Board-level work takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline at the quotation stage, and we will not quote a turnaround we cannot hit.
